Throughout his career as a CIO and consultant, Jeff has helped companies align technology with business goals, optimize operations, and implement systems that drive real results. But the one thing he saw missing over and over again? IT professionals weren’t being taught how to engage with the business, empower their growth, or educate themselves to lead.

Throughout his career as a director of operations , Jeff has led creative operations at multiple companies across time zones, developing innovative workflows and managing cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
